Order 

Q: How do I place an order? 
A: Orders can be placed directly in our webshop at www.athomebytoday.nl. Please note you can also always contact us my email at webshop@athomebytoday.nl if you need any help or want to place business orders.

Q: Was my order placed correct? 
A: Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spambox as well. If you did not receive the confirmation email please contact us at webshop@athomebytoday.nl to check if everything went right.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order? 
A: Please email us as soon as possible. We ship most of our orders out within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order is shipped there can't be any changes or cancelation made.

Q: What payment methods can I use? 
A: You can pay your order online by IDEAL, creditcard, Paypal or Bankcontact. 

 

Delivery

Q: Do your prices include delivery? 
A:No, our prices do not include delivery costs or any custom fees upon delivery.

Q: Where do you ship to? 
A: We ship to all the countries in the European Union. Please place your items in the shopping cart and go to checkout to see the shipping costs. We also do tailor-made shipping worldwide but only for orders above the €500 ex shipping and non-fragile items, please contact us on webshop@athomebytoday.nl for more information.

Q: How do you ship the order? 
A: Our orders are shipped with different forwarder, depending on the country we need to ship to. We also provide a local delivery service in which we deliver ourselves.

Q: What is the delivery time? 
A: Orders placed before 13:00 oclock on Monday till Friday will be shipped out the same day if an item is in stock. Under the product information you can see if an item is in stock or has a delivery time, such as our custom made tables and lamps. 

Q: I haven't received my order yet, how is this possible? 
A: Some of our products are made by hand only after an order is placed and can't be shipped immediately. These are products that have a delivery time in the description or are pre-order products. We will inform you once the order is shipped.

Q: When will I know if my order is shipped? 
A: Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the trackingnumber. Please always check your spambox if the email did not end up in there. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment or if you see shipment problems in your tracking you can always contact us by email at webshop@athomebytoday.

 

Other

Q: What is the return term? 
A: You can return your order within 14 days after you received the order. After the 14 days we can't offer a refund or an exchange.

Q: Which items are not refundable? 
A: Custom made products and our giftcards are not refundable.

Q: An item has arrived damaged, how do we proceed here? 
A: If an item of your order has arrived broken, you can send an email to webshop@athomebytoday.nl within 14 days after receiving the item. Please add a picture of the broken item, a picture of safety material inside the box and a picture of the outside of the box with the label on it. We can either send you a new item if this is still available or give you a refund. We will send a return label to send the damaged product back to us, incase the product is to damaged we will let you know so you can throw this away.

Q: Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date? 
A: Yes, items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased will stay there. Do keep in mind that products can go out of stock in the time you wait to place your order later.
